The second level is dedicated to additional offices and meeting spaces, classrooms, open workstation areas, a spacious cafeteria and kitchen, community multipurpose rooms, and outdoor patio space access leading to an exterior agora. The third and fourth floor consist of private offices, open workspaces, meeting rooms, classrooms, and open lounge areas.

Two existing office buildings transformed into multi-residential units. Each building stands ten-storeys tall and features an underground parkade. The ground floor consist of multiple food vendors and coffee shops, complete with a seating area. With the eight-floor levels dedicated as residential accommodation and a rooftop level offering recreational amenities for the residents.

A newly constructed five-storey structure featuring one commercial retail space, 52 residential units, and partially underground parkade. The parking level includes a single manager residential unit, along with the residential entrance lobby for residents, and a mailroom.

This structure is in the process of being transformed into a twenty two-storey high-rise residential complex that will feature various amenities. Along with renovations to three existing commercial retail units. The project includes an enhanced lobby, along with a range of new services and supplementary spaces.

Two distinct buildings that accommodate both residential and commercial occupancies, each reaching a height of three-storeys. The front facing building features of a commercial space alongside eight residential units, while the rear building comprises of eight residential units, each designed into two levels.

The twelve-storey structure was originally conceived as an office facility, featuring an underground parkade. It has since been repurposed for hotel accommodations, with the ground floor designated to house a restaurant, a main entrance, and lobby.
