A newly constructed bathhouse, occupying a distinct building of roughly 1,300 square meters and partially situated below ground level, is connected to the existing hotel via underground passageway. The primary floor of the bathhouse features both indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a cold plunge pool, a whirlpool, a sauna, steam rooms, and dedicated massage rooms. The Basement level is primarily for housing pool mechanical equipment and other essential mechanical equipment, along with storage facilities and a janitor’s room.

The original structure, constructed in 1923, was set to undergo significant changes, with a substantial part designated for demolition. The large project involved the creation of a new lobby, event spaces and guest amenities, which integrated the preserved sections of the existing building to establish the new Main Lodge. The retained elements encompasses the café, lounge, and the renowned three-story rotunda.

The Petro-Fina structure consists of 11-stroeys and was initially intended for office use. It has since been transformed into a residential facility, accommodating around 105 residential suites, which include one, two and three-bedroom units. This conversion involved significant alterations to the floor layout and the replacement of the existing fill-in structure. The ground level and the +fifteen levels continue to house existing commercial spaces.

Two new residential buildings, each with the building height of four-storeys. The northern building comprises of residential units, tenant storage located in the basement, and a ground-level area dedicated to community services. The southern building also features residential units and is designed to support amenity spaces, a fitness center, and a parking facility in the basement.

The structure is a sixteen-storey mixed-use facility that includes retail shops on the ground level, a parkade spanning levels 2 to 5, and converted residential suites on levels 6 through 16. It comprises a total of 119 residential suites, along with a yoga studio situated on the second floor.

A five-storey residential building includes an enclosed parking garage, limited storage and essential service rooms for the base structure. The upper levels house a total of 31 bachelor-style apartment units. Additionally, the fifth floor features an outdoor amenity area situated on the roof above the western section of the fourth floor.

A newly constructed four-storey spa hotel includes a parkade on the ground level, which is linked with an underground walkway to the Malcom Hotel. The second level is primarily dedicated to the spa area, housing five hotel suites. The third and fourth levels are exclusively comprised of hotel rooms, with the third floor accommodating twenty one rooms and fourth containing nineteen rooms.

A newly constructed spa designed to complement the existing Mountain House by Basecamp Hotel. The new spa facility features multiple outdoor pools, various outdoor amenities areas, and four distinct buildings. The smaller structures include of a food preparation area, with a small pergola, a sauna, and both a steam and a mud room. The larger buildings house a sauna, a steam room, and a salt cave room.

The twenty-five-story building has been transformed into a residential complex with a two level parkade. It comprises a total of 314 units, ranging from studio apartments with one bathroom to two-bedroom units with two bathrooms.

A six-storey mixed-use building featuring an underground parkade, with the residential section consisting of five-storeys and the ground floor designated for commercial tenants. The structure comprises a total of 195 residential units.

Building 1 comprises twenty-three four-storey dwelling units, each without a basement. Building 3 is a single building comprised of eleven units. Both buildings exclusively feature dwelling units, with each dwelling unit located on an individual property.
