Originally built in 1928, the structure underwent renovations that involved the reconfiguration of dressing rooms, new restrooms, the creation of a gathering area on the lower level, and the installation of new fixed seating in the auditorium.

The Prince Edward Building, constructed in 1908, served multiple functions until 1980, when it was transformed into the Glove Theater. The original interior was dismantled and redesigned to create two distinct theatre spaces: the primary theatre, which features over 400 bowl seats encircling the stage, and a smaller “Black Box” theatre with the capacity of 100seats, dedicated to emerging artists and experimental performances. The building’s exterior underwent repairs and restoration to preserve its historically significant appearance.

The facility accommodates two regulation-sized NHL rinks, three versatile gymnasiums, a recreational swimming pool, a fitness center and several other multifunctional public spaces on two floor levels. The recent expansion and renovation introduced a new indoor park, an enhanced fitness area and six-lane swimming pool complete with a waterslide.

The 3-storey structure, features an open design that facilitates a seamless connection between the main and second levels. Resulting in an integrated floor space. The building features two additional exterior exits located on the eastern side, which leads to external stairs and ground level.

The original structure, constructed in 1923, was set to undergo significant changes, with a substantial part designated for demolition. The large project involved the creation of a new lobby, event spaces and guest amenities, which integrated the preserved sections of the existing building to establish the new Main Lodge. The retained elements encompasses the café, lounge, and the renowned three-story rotunda.

Arts Commons serves as both an organization and a facility that fosters a wide-ranging and diverse ecosystem of artists, organizations, and audiences within the region. The ambitious initiative aims to revitalize and invigorate the downtown area. The Arts Common project seeks to enhance and modernize the facility, fostering a more sustainable future.

New premium hospitality viewing deck, on the Club level. The space included a new premium, non-fixed, seating areas as well as a dry bar and tables with additional seating. A decorative ceiling, akin to pergola to semi conceal the underside of the stepped concrete seating, with radiant heating.

A newly constructed 4-storey High School, covering approximately 9,000 square meters, it features a large gymnasium, various classrooms, including a culinary arts kitchen and automotive lab, and a drama space with fixed seating. The main and second floors are connected by a wide flex learning stair. The upper floors include additional classrooms, office, break out rooms, and collaboration spaces for educators, complemented by convenience stairs between the 3rd and 4th floors.

The Dominion Bank, which was originally constructed in 1911, is now widely well-known as the location of the Teatro Ristorante. The building is recognized as a historic resource as both provincial and municipal levels, with several character-defining features safeguarded under the Historic Resources Act.

A newly constructed 3-storey High School, spans approximately 6,570 square meters. The ground floor features two high ceiling gymnasiums, general classrooms, laboratory spaces, a woodworking workshop, and administrative areas. A large opening connects the main and second floors, facilitating access via a flex learning stairs. The second and third floors primarily consist of classrooms, study areas, collaboration areas for educators, and a fitness facility on the second storey, with a fire separation measures in place.

The Edmonton Valley Zoo has constructed 4 new habitat structures, the “Above Zone” showcases animal exhibits with observation points connected by elevated walkways, including a suspension bridge. The “Between Zone” has two main exhibits area and a visitor observation space. The “On Zone” features holding facilities and services rooms, whereas the “Under Zone” contains below-ground exhibits accessible by ramps.

A newly constructed arena featuring two full sized-ice rinks and accommodates a total of 1,300 spectator seats. The facility is designed with two levels; the main floor includes the primary entrance, which offers direct access to team locker rooms and the upper level. The second level primary comprises an expansive lobby concourse, along with various multi-purpose and staff rooms, and provides access to the spectator seating areas.

The six-storey Castell building, was completed in 1962 and the CPS building was finished in 1961. Both buildings underwent significant renovations in 1990 which interconnect and operate as a unified entity. The building previously served as the Calgary Central Library, the buildings were largely unoccupied, with the exception of the main floor.

A courthouse type building for the Kainai Peacemaking program. The building is a single storey, with two separate partial basement areas serving as storage and service space. The main floor contains a circular courtroom and circular peacemaking space. Ancillary space include various private office, meditation rooms and holding cells classified as contained use areas.

A newly constructed four-storey facility at SAIT incorporating various amenities on each floor. The ground level comprises a gymnasium, an ice rink, offices, and mechanical rooms. The second level is equipped with a running track, spectator seating, a student lounge, multi-purpose rooms, and a pub with a outdoor patio. The third level offers additional seating for the ice rink, meeting rooms, a lounge, and sheltered areas. Finally, the fourth level houses a conference hall, storage, and an outdoor terrace.
